Your Mission:

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and managing our social media strategy to enhance our engagement and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amazon’s marketing goals and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all channels, building community and brand loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics, reporting and optimizing strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and content development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Identify key influencers and partnerships within the social media landscape that can help amplify our brand message.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
